Budget Design

Budget design and optimisation is implicit in our INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN. It is a fluid non-formulaic process, which is seldom repetitive. One project could for example be financially optimised through extensive REPURPOSING of existing spaces, finishes or furniture. Another project could be optimised through consolidating multiple spaces into single MULTI FUNCTIONAL SPACES.

At least one of the directors will be on site full time.

  • Design refinement and optimisation will continue until project hand over.

  • In addition to repurposing the client’s items, we will salvage materials and furniture elsewhere as well.

  • Dynamic budget management.

  • Good track record with completing work within budget.
